From where will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from Poland, located in the heart of Europe.
Thanks to our central European location, we can provide fast and efficient logistics within the European Union and beyond.
Our location allows us to optimize delivery times and shipping costs – your order reaches you faster, more securely, and discreetly.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link (tracking number).
When will you ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is received.
In the case of a high volume of orders, processing time may be slightly longer.
When will my shipment be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the destination country and chosen shipping method:
EU (standard): 3–7 business days,
EU (express): 1–3 business days,
outside the EU: 5–15 business days.
Are the shipments discreet?
Yes. All packages are packed as discreetly as possible – without company logos, product names, or any marks suggesting the contents.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries in Europe and selected countries outside the EU.

How much will shipping to my country cost?
Shipping costs depend on the country and chosen delivery method.

Free shipping is available for certain orders.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes if the chosen shipping method (e.g., national postal service) allows it.
Some courier companies, like UPS, do not deliver to PO boxes.
Do you ship to UPS Access Points?
Yes. This is a delivery option where your package is sent to a selected UPS Access Point (e.g., store, kiosk, gas station).
You can pick up the shipment at your convenience by showing your ID.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
First, check the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in the email after your order was shipped.
Often, the package may be waiting at the pickup point or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
If the tracking number does not work or the shipment is delayed, contact us.
