1 — General Provisions

1. These rules and regulations define the terms of participation in the promotion named “Free Seed for Every EUR 25 Spent” (hereinafter: the Promotion).
2. The Organizer of the Promotion is NEXURA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office at ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 11, Unit E6, 40-082 Katowice, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001127082, NIP 6343044968, REGON 529659910 (hereinafter: the Organizer).
3. The Promotion is conducted through the online store available at www.shottasseeds.com.
4. The Promotion is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, or any other form of gambling. The Promotion constitutes a commercial sales promotion and is not subject to gambling legislation in any jurisdiction.

2 — Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion is valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, or until the stock of free seeds is exhausted – whichever event occurs first.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or extend the Promotion earlier, about which it will inform on the store’s website.

3 — Participants of the Promotion

1. A Participant in the Promotion (hereinafter: the Participant) may be any natural person of legal age or any legal entity making purchases in the Organizer’s online store.
2. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to retail customers.
3. Employees of the Organizer, persons cooperating with the Organizer on the basis of civil law contracts, as well as their immediate family, are excluded from participation in the Promotion.

4 — Rules of the Promotion

1. For every EUR 25 gross spent on products available in the online store within a single order, the Participant receives 1 free seed.
2. The amount of EUR 25 is calculated after taking into account discounts, discount codes, and other promotions valid in the store. The cost of transport is not included in the EUR 25 amount.
3. The free seed is awarded automatically and added to the shipment with the order.
4. The number of free seeds granted within one order corresponds to the multiple of the fulfilled purchase threshold, e.g.:
a. purchases for EUR 25 → 1 free seed,
b. purchases for EUR 50 → 2 free seeds,
c. purchases for EUR 75 → 3 free seeds, etc.
5. In the event of a return of part or all of the order, if this results in the non-fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the Promotion, the Participant loses the right to the free seed, and its value will be appropriately deducted during the settlement of the return.

5 — Purpose of the Promotion

1. The purpose of the Promotion is to increase sales and promote the Shottas brand by encouraging customers to make higher-value purchases.

6 — Limitations and Reservations

1. Free seeds are not exchangeable for other products, cash, or any equivalent compensation.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for errors resulting from the improper operation of the store’s IT system, unless they result from the Organizer’s willful misconduct.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the fulfillment of the Promotion conditions and to refuse to grant the free seed in case of violation of these rules and regulations.

7 — Complaints

1. Complaints related to the course of the Promotion may be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: info@shottasseeds.com or in writing to the Organizer’s registered office address.
2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
3. The Participant will be informed about the decision regarding the complaint via e-mail.

8 — Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

1. The Participant who is a Consumer has the right to use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms available under the laws of their country of habitual residence.
2. In particular, the Consumer may submit a complaint, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
3. The use of out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms is voluntary for both the Consumer and the Organizer.

9 — Final Provisions

1. The Rules and Regulations of the Promotion are available on the store’s website.
2. In matters not regulated by these Rules and Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code.
3. Notwithstanding the above, if the Participant is a Consumer residing in a country where mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater protection than Polish law, those mandatory provisions of local law shall apply to the extent they cannot be derogated from by agreement.
4. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
