How can I create an account?
It’s quick and easy! Click on “My Account” in the top menu of our website, select “Register” and follow the instructions.
It takes less than 2 minutes to create an account.
Can I update my information?
Yes, you can edit your contact details in the “Personal Information” section after logging into your account.
Do I need to have an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to create an account – purchasing without registration is not possible. Your data is secure; we do not share it with third parties. We use it solely to process orders and send information about promotions.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. If you want to delete your account, please contact our customer service department using the contact form available on the website – make sure you are logged in beforehand.
What should I do if I entered the wrong email address during registration?
In this case, please create a new account using the correct email address.
If the account was not created with the correct address, we will not be able to send you your order confirmation, invoice, or tracking number.
How can I change my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot Password.”
You will receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password.
