How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website.
Simply add your chosen products to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and select a payment method.
Once your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or email, providing your order number.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund.
Can I change my order?
Changes to an order (products, quantities) are only possible before it has been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible – if the package has not yet left our warehouse, we will do our best to update your order.
How do I know if you received my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
If you don’t see it, please check your “spam” or “promotions” folder. If in doubt, contact us and we will confirm the order status.
Can I check the current status of my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your order – but you must be a registered user.
After logging into your account, you will find all the details about your order’s current progress and the tracking number (if the package has already been shipped).
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our customer service team to get the details.
What does the shipment look like?
All our packages are packed as discreetly as possible – with no markings indicating the contents or the company name.
From the outside, it looks like a completely neutral shipment.
Will I receive a confirmation after making the payment?
Yes, once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I change the payment method after placing the order?
No, it is not possible to change the payment method after the order has been placed.

Can I change the address after placing the order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with the new address.
Are your products legal in my country?
Our products are offered strictly for collectible purposes, and their legality depends on local regulations.
Before purchasing, please make sure that cannabis seeds are allowed in your country.
We are not responsible for any misuse or illegal use of our products.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We do not require a minimum order amount – you can even order a single seed.
However, please note that standard shipping costs may apply to small orders.
